What this site collects
The website has no account system, contact form, analytics, advertising tracker, embedded social feed or non-essential cookie. A consent banner is therefore not shown. The hosting provider may process technical request and security data required to deliver and protect the site.
Email contact
If you choose the email link, your email application and providers transmit the information you include. AIGC JoyousPixel receives it through Gmail at joyouspixel@gmail.com. Do not send sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry.
Purposes and basis
Email data is used to answer enquiries, assess a possible collaboration and handle privacy or rights requests. Processing is based on steps taken at your request and the legitimate interest in managing correspondence and protecting published work.
Recipients and transfers
Email data is available only to the publisher and the relevant email providers. Hosting and email providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their applicable contractual and transfer safeguards.
Retention
An enquiry that does not progress to a collaboration is deleted no later than 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless it must be retained to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, and may object to processing. You may also complain to the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.
